The receptionist and dentist lied to me and tricked me, just so they could bill my insurance in the end. I called about getting an impression and the receptionist placed me on hold, and then assured me it was no problem and that the dentist said yes. When my appointment comes, I get in the chair only to be told he won't take the impression, he just wanted to see "what was going on".....
